Prize-giving Ceremony 2025/26

The joint prize-giving ceremony of HKOI 2025/26, HKGOI 2025/26, SDIC 2025 and NOIP 2026 (Hong Kong) will be held in February 2026. All award winners are invited to attend the ceremony. Details are as follows:

Date: 7th February 2026 (Saturday)
Registration Time: 1:00 p.m.
Time: 1:15 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Venue: Wong Cheung Lo Hui Yuet Hall, 5/F Lau Ming Wai Academic Building, City University of Hong Kong

Only ticket holders will be allowed to enter the ceremony venue.

Award Distribution Arrangement

  • All awardees are expected to attend the ceremony to receive up their awards and certificates.
  • Certificates for all HKOI, HKGOI and SDIC medal winners will be distributed after the ceremony (~4pm). Those who leave early will not receive their certificates.
  • After the ceremony, one person from each school should present a school-issued ID (staff ID or student ID) and their HKID at the registration counter to pick up the certificates and the awards for absentees.
  • Awards and certificates not collected during the ceremony may be picked up in person (or by authorization) during the Team Formation Tests in March – May.
  • No other arrangements will be offered.
  • Awards and certificates not collected after May 2026 will be disposed of and will not be re-issued.
