Details for Hong Kong Olympiad in Informatics (HKOI) 2021/22 has been published. The Heat Event will be held on 13th November, 2021 (Saturday) and the Final Event will be held on 18th December, 2021 (Saturday).
We welcome all secondary schools to nominate students to the competition. Application deadline is 1st November, 2021 (Monday).
Hong Kong Secondary Schools Software Development Invitational Contest (SDIC) 2021 Heat Event will be held on 19th September, 2021 (Sunday).
The application deadline is 6th September, 2021 (Monday).
A team of Hong Kong students has brought home one gold and three silver medals against contestants from 88 countries or regions from all over the world at the 33rd International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI 2021). This is the best result since Hong Kong’s first participation in 1992.

The Hong Kong Team has won 1 Gold Medal and 5 Bronze Medals in the 2021 Asia-Pacific Informatics Olympiad, hosted by Indonesia. In particular, Leung Harris from Diocesan Boys’ School ranked 1st in the competition. Congratulations to the students!
