Compared to last year’s competition, the format of the Heat Event has changed significantly.

Links to the QR codes have been sent to the teachers listed in the nomination forms. The seat assignment is displayed along the QR Code. For schools that used a “School-linked form” and nominated students by entering their HKOI Online Judge username, those students can also view their seat assignment and QR Code by visiting https://judge.hkoi.org/join/ (log-in required). Otherwise, the students should contact their teacher for the QR code. We will not respond to any email from students and parents that requests the QR code.

How to fill in the answer sheet and common mistakes

Multiple choice questions

– Fully mark the box that corresponds to the desired answer

Short questions

– If the blank is divided into small boxes, you can write only one character in each box. The answer must not exceed the designated number of boxes.
– Write legibly. Unrecognizable answers will be regarded as incorrect.
