Reporting Time: Senior Group: 8:45 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Junior Group: 1:45 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Reporting Venue: G/F Foyer, Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin Academic Building, City University of Hong Kong
Event Time: Senior Group: 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Junior Group: 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Competition Venue: LI-G600, Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin Academic Building, City University of Hong Kong
Required Documents: Hong Kong Identity Card (for checking eligibility)

Reporting Procedure

  1. Contestants should simply wait patiently once they arrive at the reporting venue (G/F Foyer, Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin Academic Building). DO NOT proceed to the competition venue directly.
  2. At about 8:45 a.m. (Senior Group) / 1:45 p.m. (Junior Group), an announcement will be made to ask students to enter the competition venue. If necessary, students should use the washroom before entering the venue.
  3. Students should proceed to their assigned seat. Teachers and parents are not allowed to enter the venue.
  4. Door closes at 9:00 a.m. (Senior Group) / 2:00 p.m. (Junior Group) sharp. Students who do not enter the competition venue by that time will be disqualified.

Rules

The Final Event is a 3-hour practical test. Contestants who do not arrive by the reporting time will be disqualified. Early leave is not allowed.
