In case of ties, their TFT raw ranking will be used as the tie-breaker.

Step 1: 1 NOI member

The top student in the APIO-NOI ranking will be selected.

Step 2: Determining the NOI members’ classes

All 6 NOI members will be ordered by their TFT-NOI ranking. The top female student will be a ‘Class A’ member. The top 4 remaining students will be ‘Class A’ members. The last student will be ‘Class B’.

Required Commitment and Results Announcement

The training team will submit the results, student profiles, attendance records and comments from the trainers to the Hong Kong Association for Computer Education for review and approval. Potential delegates (including backup members) will be requested to sign a Commitment Agreement and Parent’s Consent which must be returned to the Organizing Committee within 7 days in order to be considered further. Withdrawal will not be permitted under any circumstances once the document has been signed.

Potential delegates will be notified of the final selection results. The HKOI Organizing Committee’s decision shall be final.

All selected NOI members are required to attend the ACM-ICPC Hong Kong International Invitational Contest, the Training Camp, and additional team training sessions in July.
